Refund and Cancellation Policy
Class cancelled by vine2wineclasses will be refunded in full. All refunds are disbursed in the form of a check mailed to your address on file.
Request for a refund must be received in our office at least five (5) business days (Mon.- Fri.) prior to the starting date of the class. Please note: Public holidays are not considered business days, and will affect refund schedule.
Class fee paid in full can be applied to another class without service charge.
We cannot accept requests for refunds, regardless of the reason, if they are received less than five (5) business days (Mon.- Fri.) prior to the class start date.
There will be a $25 service fee for all processed refunds.
“No shows” will not receive a refund or credit towards future classes.
Please note: Credit must be redeemed within one (1) year from the date of cancellation.
To request a refund, please submit a letter containing all pertinent information (name, address, daytime phone, course title, and your signature).

(must be postmarked at least five (5) days prior to the start date of the class) or e-mailed to: rosie@vine2wineclasses.com, may also be faxed to: (707) 539-5290.
Refunds take approximately 72 hours to process.
